Cute 'Kawaii' Creations: Art & Makers Club_1st-3rd_3:00-3:50 PM_Wed

Get ready for a colorful celebration of all things cute, cheerful, and full of personality! Inspired by the playful charm of Sanrio characters, Jellycat plushies, adorable animals and smiling kawaii foods, young artists will create an irresistible collection of projects using clay, paint, drawing, collage, papier-mâché, hand sewing and mixed media.

Designed especially for 1st-3rd graders, this beginner-friendly club introduces exciting art and maker skills through simple demonstrations, age-appropriate tools and plenty of creative choice. Students will strengthen fine-motor skills, build artistic confidence and bring their imaginations to life as they make charming plushies, miniature foods, character art, animal friends and other adorable creations they’ll be excited to take home!
