This summer, students will dive into the magical world of stop motion and bring their imaginations to life frame by frame! Perfect for budding storytellers and creative makers, this class gives students the chance to explore stop motion as a short film medium while developing their own unique artistic voice. During the first four weeks of the session, students will learn how to design and 3D model their own custom stop motion characters, building the creative foundation for the films they’ll bring to life. Guided by our instructors, students will then explore the ins and outs of storyboarding, set design, animation techniques, and video editing.

From whimsical seasonal tales, cooking adventures, or even original shorts that are totally authentic, the storylines are completely up to our young filmmakers. By the end of the session, students will have created original mini movies that showcase their creativity, collaboration, and cinematic flair.
