Program Overview
Move Over Mozart’s Summer Piano Fast Track Program for Developing Pianists is a 10-week summer experience designed for motivated young pianists in the following levels:

- Alfred Levels 1B, D, E, F, 2, 3, 4
- Faber & Faber Levels 2A and up

Students will build a strong musical foundation through a dynamic, hands-on piano experience designed to accelerate confidence, creativity, and musicianship. Students will strengthen rhythm, technique, scales, chords, collaborative playing, genre exploration, and musical interpretation through engaging instruction, interactive piano labs, games, and performance-based activities.

Program Highlights

• Rhythm training through clapping, percussion, syncopation, and polyrhythms
  
• Technique development for strength, speed, control, and endurance
  
• Major & minor scales with proper fingering and articulation
  
• Primary chords, inversions, and lead sheet reading
  
• Duet and ensemble playing skills
  
• Exploration of classical, jazz, pop, film, Latin, and other musical styles
  
• Composer studies featuring legendary musicians and their signature techniques
  
• Interactive piano labs, challenges, listening activities, and creative exercises
  

Students will leave with stronger technical skills, improved musical understanding, greater confidence at the piano, and practical tools they can immediately apply to repertoire, improvisation, and performance.
